Our Bermuda Rum Cake is like a light pound cake with the warmth of vanilla, lemon, rum, rum, rum and rum, often topped with a drizzle of icing made from rum, lemon and confectionery sugar. The Bermuda Rum Cakery takes cake beyond Traditional Rum Cake with our fruited Rum Swizzle Cake, filled with apricots, cherries, and pineapple, and on to our light, sweet Banana Rum Cake. Also, we make spicy Rum and Ginger Cake with apricots and a cake to take cruising, our fresh Coconut Rum Cake. We also offer a “chocolate experience” with our rich dark Chocolate Rum Cake. Classic Coffee Rum Cake is another wonderful experience; we also have luscious Bermuda Loquat Gold Rum Cake, a Special Edition for Christmas, all fruit, no peels or nuts, all year long and our getting very famous: Black Rum Fruit Cake. Truly a remarkable cake, with a slightly Irish heritage where I switch out the Whisky for Bermuda Black Rum; it’s a sit down and enjoy, savor and have a cuppa tea, kind of Cake. Come visit with us! Free samples are offered daily of all flavors. You will find us under the Ship Sign at the Dockyard Glassworks in Royal Naval Dockyard, Ireland Island. Hop the Ferry, take a bus or just come for a walk-a-bout. Duty Free Cakes! This makes sense when you are shopping for gifts before traveling overseas. Available at the airport.
